This is a test of the Emergency Broadcast System.  It is only a test.  If this had been an actual emergence you have been instucted to bend over, stick your head between your knees, and kiss your ass goodbye (Ask your parents if you don't know Duck and Cover).  For news or entertaining reading (unlike my website) I reccomend:
